Noveen Eshraghi, Lead Writer
Noveen Eshraghi is a senior at Jesuit High School who is always excited to expand his knowledge of media studies. His interest in journalism, particularly sports media, stems from watching many professional athletic newscasts and interviews throughout his childhood. JCTV, as well as the opportunity to learn about other paths in journalism, add to Noveen’s enthusiasm for being a part of the Media team. He is also interested in writing about the school environment, and what’s best for the students and staff. Outside of school, Noveen practices three instruments, enjoys playing Basketball, and actively follows a range of professional sports including Major League Baseball and Soccer. He loves to spend time with his family and friends and be outdoors. Noveen can’t wait to contribute this year to the Jesuit Media Program.
Jack Harrington, Staff Writer
A hardworking and determined junior who is willing to listen to many ideas that others have to offer, Jack Harrington is willing to share knowledge on the sports world beyond his high school experience. Harrington is excited to be a main factor in JCTV and the broadcasting program. Harrington has seen first hand professional sports with his uncle and Jesuit alum, Scott Harrington, playing pro golf on the PGA Tour.
Developing an interest in sports journalism through listening to podcasts produced by ESPN and The Ringer, as well as being an NBA superfan and learning more about broadcasting and writing in the sports world through his sports experiences. Some of Harrington’s interests include golf, traveling, and hanging out with his three dogs. Driven to elevate Jesuit’s sports broadcasting program, Harrington is looking forward to showing up on JCTV productions as well as writing articles on the Jesuit Chronicle. With a passion for learning more about the journalism world, he strives to have a successful career in professional golf and the sports industry.
Adrienne Normile, Content Creator
Adrienne Normile is a senior at Jesuit High School and a first-year media student. Adrienne is the only Oregonian in her household, as her family is from the Bay Area. With this, she has grown up following the San Francisco 49ers and the Golden State Warriors. She has also been raised to be nothing but an Oregon State Beaver fan. Adrienne has one older brother who brings out the competitive side of her and drives her love for sports. With her “whatever he can do, I can do better” mentality, Adrienne grew up playing soccer, basketball, futsal, volleyball, lacrosse, and now runs for the Jesuit Track & Field team. Adrienne’s love for sports has contributed to her curiosity surrounding all things media. With being a member of the Jesuit Yearbook staff, she plans on working through writing and broadcast to strengthen her media abilities and keep students up to date on events and athletics. Adrienne is also the leader of the Smile Club at Jesuit, and works with Jesuit Campus Ministry through being an Encounter Coadjutor. She is excited to work with others and learn all things media!
