Jake Vlasak

Jake Vlasak, Staff

Jake Vlasak is a sophomore at Jesuit High School entering his first year with the Jesuit media program. His favorite hobby is ice hockey which he has played for over 11 years, eventually moving to Seattle to pursue a higher level of hockey. Now he plays for fun on a team with his friends at the Winterhawks Skating Center. Besides hockey, he enjoys photography, skiing, and lacrosse, the latter of which he plays at Jesuit. Last year, he was a midfielder on Jesuit’s JV. He also likes volunteering for JCTV and was involved in 5 games his freshman year. Jake lives in Beaverton with his two parents, Robert and Blanka, a Labradoodle named Ash. He has one brother named Dominik who is living in Seattle. With his family, Jake loves to travel the country as well as Europe. His highlights of the summer include flying to Prague and seeing Yellowstone for the first time. Jake is very excited to be a part of the media program.
