Liam Baluyut is a sophomore at Jesuit High School and he is a part of the Jesuit Media team. This is Liam’s first year in media and he is thrilled to learn about writing, editing, and filming. Liam was born and raised in Portland, Oregon after his family moved from California before he was born. He has three brothers named Jaelen, Dylan (Class of 2016), and Braden, a senior. Some of Liam’s favorite sports teams include the Los Angeles Lakers, Los Angeles Dodgers, and Denver Broncos. At Jesuit, he is an ambassador, plays football and basketball, and loves to be involved within the community. He has always had a huge passion for sports, growing up around it and falling in love with it. Outside of school, Liam enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling to various places, and collecting items like shoes and sports cards. He also loves to watch sports and study the game, primarily basketball and football as he has been watching since he was a little kid. All in all, Liam is excited to improve his skills in various areas of Jesuit Media including videography, photography, editing, and much more.
