“Senior night was definitely a super unique and special experience. Seeing our teammates truly go all out for us with the locker room and their energy the entire time was so meaningful and heartwarming for us seniors. Scoring in that game also just felt fun because it was just a super cool atmosphere and environment to get to score in.” senior Taylor Young said.
Immediately after a ground ball battle, the Crusader’s goal scoring leader Izzy Tamerlano was able to score after a quick cut and assist from fellow junior Meg Flanagan.

“This program has brought me my best friends and my teammates made me feel so loved. I haven’t played in the field since middle school, so scoring a goal was definitely a nerve racking task. However, my teammates set it up perfectly for me, and I ended up scoring two!” said Lanie Knight
The final goal of the game was scored by Taylor Young and was assisted by Vivi Vogt, a great way to end senior night.
The final score of the game was 16-1, an amazing way to celebrate the seniors. The team will finish the regular season ranked No. 1 in the state of Oregon and will start their championship run with a first round game against the winner of the Lincoln vs Wilsonville game.
