Grant Valley, Staff Writer
Grant Valley is a hardworking and committed student athlete who loves to compete and be a part of communities. He is starting his junior year and is ready for the challenges this year will bring. He has an older sister who recently graduated and took media as well. Grant competes in football and track at Jesuit which he enjoys very much. He is interested in being on camera and entertaining audiences through his charisma and engaging personality. Grant loves trying new things and being the first to do so. Grant's dad is a coach here at Jesuit. He coaches track and field in the spring. He stepped down from head coach but while being the head women’s coach he acclaimed 5 state championships with coach of the year awards 3 times, and metro league coach of the year 5 times. Jesuit high school has always been a part of Grant's life, from going to football games since he can remember and going down to Hayward field to watch his dad coach, Jesuit has always held a spot in his heart. Therefore he wants to contribute to the success of our school by giving it a platform. That's why Grant took media, to illustrate the highs and lows of being a Jesuit student, athlete, teacher, and staff member.
